We have a flexible-mandate, draw-down structure with more than $200M available
We can make investments up to $60M
We are friendly capital. Of our 15 full-time people, six are focused exclusively on portfolio company operations and improvements
We have extensive special situations experience
We can do control or non-control equity, direct lending and participations, secondary credit investments, as well as all restructurings
In certain cases, we will transact on an investment without having visited the company in person.
